At Turia Rock Club (TRC) we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

What data we collect

Through the Site's forms we may collect: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and the content you send us (message, event details, or show details). We only collect the data each form actually needs.

What we use it for

• Giving you access to the free WhatsApp community and sending the welcome email.
• Responding to booking requests for The Turia Blackbirds.
• Reviewing and publishing submitted shows in the Agenda.
• Replying to contact messages.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form. For booking requests, we also process it to handle the request you make before a possible contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share your data with

Data submitted through these forms is stored on our own server, managed by us, without using any external database provider. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

To keep the Site running securely we rely on two technical providers, which only process the data strictly needed to provide their service and may not use it for their own purposes:

• Netlify, which hosts the Site and transmits form data to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), without saving it in any database.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that forms are sent by a person and not a bot, to protect the Site against spam and abuse.

Both may process technical data (such as your IP address) outside the European Economic Area, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We use these services based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure and running.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you're part of the community or there's an active relationship (booking request, submitted show). You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing hola@turiarockclub.com or using the contact form. If you believe we haven't handled your rights properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
