How to submit your show to the Turia Rock Club agenda

If you play in Camp de Túria, Valencia or nearby, the Turia Rock Club agenda is yours. Submitting a show is free, there’s no sign-up, and it takes a couple of minutes. Here’s how it works.

Step by step

Go to the Shows section of the website.
Click the “Submit your show for free” button.
Fill in the form with your show’s details.
Accept the privacy policy and send it.

We review every submission before publishing it. If something isn’t clear, we’ll write to the email you leave us. Once we approve it, it appears on the website’s agenda.

What we absolutely need

There are only four required fields:

Band name
Date
Venue (venue name, address, town)
Your email, so we can contact you if needed. It is not published on the website.

They’re not required, but a show with these three details looks much better and reaches more people:

An image. Your poster or the band’s logo. We accept JPG, PNG or WebP up to 2 MB, and we resize it for you. An agenda with images grabs far more attention than one made of text alone.
A link. It can be ticket sales, a news piece or event page about the show, your Instagram or the band’s website. It lets people find out more and, if there are tickets, buy them.
A description. Cover the basics: price or free entry, doors and start times, support acts, what the night is about…

You can also add the time and the band’s style, which appears on the card next to the band name.

Trusted bands

Once a band has submitted a show correctly at least once, it becomes a trusted band. We email these bands a personal link they can use to submit their next shows without needing prior approval: they send it in and it goes straight onto the agenda.

It’s a personal link for your band, so keep it safe and don’t share it with other bands.

If something changes

Shows sometimes move. If the date, venue, price or anything else changes, or if the show is cancelled, write to us at hola@turiarockclub.com with the band name and the date, and we’ll update the details or the status as soon as we can.

If a show is cancelled, we leave it marked as cancelled on the agenda until its date has passed, so anyone who had it in their diary finds out and doesn’t end up waiting for nothing.
